Love the food. So disappointed by their customer service. It seems they don't really *want* out business. [Maybe this has changed if it's under new ownership. But where's the advertising?]

The limited hours are so strange, so inconvenient. We used to enjoy getting box lunches for our family for all Purdue home ball games ~ but actually had to drive over the afternoon pick them up.

I assume there is lots of corporate-level catering for them ~ otherwise I have no idea how they could actually stay in business.

Did I mention how disappointed I am? We LOVE their food!!! Wish it was easier to be a regular customer at a local store instead of just for internet orders for the holidays.

My neighbor owns that store. They just converted from Heavenly Ham to Honey Baked Ham. Unless something has changed, you can also order hams for the holidays.

Wabash National uses them on occasion for their catering needs. We'd get their boxes for our weekend inventories. I imagine they have a strong catering following, which keeps them in business. Which is great. There isn't anything wrong with the food, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stop there. Penn Station a walk around the other side of the strip? Sorry (HBH&Cafe)... I'm so there.
