The service is the worst I've experienced. The waiters ignore you and the bartenders are unbelievably rude.

I've tried the Black Sparrow a few times now, once on a double date, and once more as a "second chance", and a third time because I'm self-flagellating. While the food and drinks were excellent every time, the service was equally abysmal every time! It's always taken an incredibly long time for a waiter/waitress to take notice of my group (not large btw, always less than 4 people), and once our orders are finally in it's twice taken almost an hour to get our meals. I think I'll still probably go back again, but not if I have plans for later in the evening.

I had an excellent Koelsch on tap the other night that went perfectly with their banh mi sandwich (Vietnamese sandwich of grilled meat, veggies, herbs, chili sauce). SO tasty!
